For Institutions – our Studio Pianos

Many institutions around the world rely on pianos from Steingraeber & Söhne, for example the Berlin Philharmonie, Malmö Opera, Sibelius Academy Helsinki, institutions in Paris, La Scala in Mailand, the Teatro Nacional Sucre in Quito (Ecuador) and many more. They all appreciate the sound, workmanship and robustness of Steingraeber pianos and, of course, the family-run character of our business as well as the comprehensive service we offer.

Distribution is handled out of Bayreuth. Your local specialist dealer will gladly provide you and your institution with service and any other information you may require.

The grand pianos include:

  • piano finish in black polished or antracite, scrach-resistant lacquer
  • a matching, adjustable bench (non-squeaking, metal chassis)
  • delivery (ground floor)
  • one piano service after delivery and
  • an additional service after 12 months

Grand piano options:

  • concert grand castors (even for smaller grands)
  • other key surfaces (e.g. mammoth ivory)
  • security lock
  • MIDI and other electronics
  • covers (recommended for polished finishes only)

The upright pianos include:

  • a matching, adjustable bench (non-squeaking, metal chassis)
  • delivery (ground floor)
  • one piano service after delivery

Upright piano options:

  • protection rail
  • closed rearside
  • rubber castors with brakes
  • other key surfaces (e.g. mammoth ivory)
  • security lock
  • MIDI and other electronics
  • covers (recommended for polished finishes only)
